- 1 can of chickpeas
- 6tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic gloves
- 0.5tsp salt
- 0.5tsp ground paprika
- 0.5tsp ground cumin
- 0.5tsp ground coriander
- 6 ice cubes
method
- drain a can of chickpeas into a colander
- submerge colander in a bowl of water
- massage chickpeas till shells come off
- force colander up and down until the shells float
- blend chickpeas, oil, salt, spices, garlic and salt
- add an icecube every minute
- after 4 minutes add the lemon juice
- blend for another two minutes
- pour into a shallow bowl
- make a crater with a back of a spoon
- sprinkle additional spices over the hummus
- drizzel over a couple table spoons of oil
- sprinkle some sesame seeds over
